The courier service that couldn't. Slower than snail mail.

I have been waiting for delivery of a small parcel from PTA to King Williams Town for nearly three weeks. The tracking shows the parcel has been on the east London truck for delivery since 16 aug. I phoned the depot yesterday and was promised I would have it by noon yesterday. Still waiting. I feel ****med and **********. Why pay for a courier service if it takes longer than snail mail?
