The company where parcels go to die

The company I ordered an item from uses these clowns to deliver their product. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from this company. I was hoping that perhaps my first bad experience with their courier supplier was a once off. Sadly they are still horrible. Why do companies continue to use suppliers that do not provide a good customer experience? After all their courier supplier is an extension of the service that they offer to their end customers.
