The best of a bad bunch, The worst courier company in the country

We're spoilt for choice when it comes to terrible courier companies and fastway is the best you can get. They only answer your calls or emails when you're paying them. Trying to call them is a perfect example of a waste of time and money. They absolutely love to pass the buck onto you when a real problem needs to get solved. I run multiple websites and do not have the time to secure your admin so your MD or whoever can decide whether or not to give me my money back. I have to send emails to my customers, apologizing and try convince them to give me a second chance because of your Incompetence. Fastway's blatant disregard for the service they're too fami**** to charge for but expertly fail to deliver on is pathetic and down right ********.

Take pride in the fact that you are the best at being the worst courier company in the country.
