The absolute worst courier that SUCKS at EVERYTHING

I have called the Cape Town branch NINE times just now and EVERY TIME someone just HANGS UP THE PHONE!!!! This is the WORST courier in the entire country! HOW they are still in business with someone in Cape Town not even answering a phone is beyond me!? Oh, and why am I calling? Because my package that was supposed to be delivered in Vredendal is now in BLOEMFONTEIN because the *****S in Cape Town don't know how to read an address!!!!!
