The absolute WORST (courier) company ever!!!

The absolute WORST courier company ever!!! I cannot believe that TEMU would actually associate with a company so useless. My packages has been "out for delivery" every day for the last 8 days. Last night I got a notification that it was delivered... Guess what, it wasn't! I tried to contact them via the number provided and after 5 attempts was told to phone the Cape Town branch. The number they provided me with only refers you to a Whatsapp line that is operated by some drunken bot or something. It keeps going round and round. When they eventually answered and said that an agent will be with me shortly... you guessed it again... that agent never showed! Pathetic doesn't even begin to describe these jokers. Extremely poor service and even worse systems. The only reason they even got a star was because it was the only way that I could leave a review.

Do yourself a favour, if you want to order something on Temu and you see that it will be delivered by Fastway, skip the product, do not order it! Rather use someone like Buffalo.
