The absolute worse

The worst courier company ever.They don't even bother replying to hellopeter and that speaks volumes. Was forced to give a 1 star rating,hellopeter should make it possible to give - stars. Bought an item on bidorbuy which uses them.It was collected from seller based in JHB in the afternoon with delivery supposed to be next morning in Midrand.Traced my parcel on their website.Stated at 08:50 that it was misdirected and in transit between JHB and PTA depots. After seeing no updates I started a live chat and WhatsApp chat.After 1,5 hours of no reply I called.Was told that as stated on the trace it was misdirected and no further updates available. Called them again and spoke to Victoria Ryan who is apperantly the customer service division manager. She stated oh sorry it was misdirected and we will deliver Monday. I rep**** that is not good enough,it was to be delivered today. Rep**** that she will email PTA branch and include me and ask if they can deliver Saturday. After waiting 2 hours I still not received email.Called again and asked for her.Was told she not in the office. 5 Min later I got the email,by which time it was 16:00. There was no reply from PTA to the email and no follow up from Victoria.. Needless to say never received parcel on Saturday.
