Thank you to the call center lady

My package was sitting in the Pretoria depot for more than a week with no communication. It just kept updating in the same place until I called to find out what was going on. I would like to express my gratitude to the lady who took my call for ensuring that I was referred to the right department. She even sent an email to make sure that the deliveries department would respond and deliver quickly. I didn’t catch her name, but she was really helpful.
