Thank you for not getting my Christmas Gifts delivired on time!

<p>I place an order with Mr Price, chose the 1-3 Days option (which I also take) on 19 December 2016. On 20 December 2016 the parcel status showed that it was at the George Depot (3 Blocks from the delivery address)</p> <p>On 23 December 2016 I contacted Ruth van Rensburg who is the Franchise owner of the George Branch who tried to help me get my parcel the next morning. We contacted her from about 08:00 to get the parcel, however, she did not answer her phone, she however rep**** to whatsapp, I was also in contact with Anzell Lubbe who is the Depot Manager, she tried to help as far as she could but was out on delivery so she could only do as much. Around 14:00 Ruth answered her phone, which was to late as we had to leave for our Christmas destination. Her excuse was she could not get the keys and that the roads are busy from JHB, however, my parcel came from Tygervalley. She only asked for my tracking number at 13:00.</p> <p> </p> <p>After all the empty promises that was made by the George Depot I have still not received my Family's Christmas Presents. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will definitely be in contact with Mr Price as well as they always make sure you get your goods on time and they will be aware of the situation.</p> <p> </p>
