Thank you bongani fastway

From my last review on fastway I was very disappointed by the service... I tried it again cause the online shop users fastway only my package left Pretoria on the 11th,the 13th it was at the pe depot 7am, so I gave them a day to breath today the 14th woke up no update cause I expected my package I watsapped and emailed to knw when IL get my parcel, was called by a lovely nice white lady on 087,i explained my last experience she said she will mke sure I get it today and the driver will call me bck. The driver called funny enough same driver as last time but this time he was polite, and told me by 12 I'd get my parcel his name is bongani, he was very nice, I got my parcel and I'm happy the a service can take our complaints and try to improve, it's said to give thanks to were it's due, today I saw improvement in them handling customers and I'm happy. Thank you fastway
