Terribly ***********. The courier does not notify a recipient when they are out for delivery. The status of parcel shows courier was at my gate but NO-ONE was their to save their own skin. The customer car whatsapp chat is a sham too - everyday for a while it has been "Thank you , an agent will be in touch shortly"
