Terrible tracking service

They are a nightmare to get a hold of. Cannot ever get a gold of someone to track my order/s .Sales answers the call and transfers to customer care when they hear the words track order, the lady doesn't ask if I can hold on she just blind transfers and then I wait for 20 mins and the call drop.

What a terrible service
