Terrible terrible terrible

Literally the worst experience. The tracking said that they tried to deliver and no one answered however I was never contacted. The package then sat in the warehouse and they never tried to deliver it again. I contacted their helpline to figure out what was going on and luckily this happened just before they were about to send it back to sender. I'm still waiting for my parcel and yet to see it arrive.
