Terrible Sevice from Fastway Port Elizabeth

<p>I had a parcel sent from durban to Uitenhage(25 minutes from Port Elizabeth) on Monady afternoon. My supllier sent me the tracking number already on Monday afternoon. When I phoned Fastway on Wednesday they said they got the parcel but would deliver in on thursady. I phoned them again on Thursday midday as I thought i may just go pick up from them but the lady said its out on delivery.</p> <p>When I phoned to complain on Friday the lady said its out on delivery again. So I complained to her and told her had I used the post office it would have been cheaper and quicker. So "Caileen" just told me "OK". I did not even get an apology. So I suppose going forward i should just use the post office as even they are competant than Fastway Port ELizabeth</p>
