Terrible services

I don’t understand why a big supplier and brand name like Woolworths would work with such a terrible courier company. My parcel was meant to be delivered on the 10th of May today is the 18th and still nothing . No communication nothing and Woolworths keeps saying they have escalated the matter. Terrible service!!!!!
