Terrible Service - Unprofessional and Unreliable

I had a horrible experience with Fast Way Couriers. The driver blatantly ****, claiming I wasn’t at the address, despite never trying to call me. When I contacted their call center, I was promised a call back, which never happened. This company is completely unprofessional and shows no regard for their customers. It’s incredibly convenient for them to lie right before a public holiday, adding to the frustration. Keep up the terrible work, Fast Way, and soon you’ll find no one willing to do business with you. I absolutely would not recommend them to anyone.
