Terrible service, rude staff

If I could give them a zero star rating I would. I ordered something online from a company that sadly uses Fastway Couriers. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again because I don’t think I could bear to deal with the Fastway branch in Cape Town again. I requested that a package be delivered after 3pm because I do work online between 10 am and 3pm and cannot leave my desk during these hours. They still insisted on delivering it before 2.30pm because that’s when they go home. After a few days, I get a call at 6.15am saying that they tried to deliver the parcel the previous day which was a lie because no one rang the bell and there were no missed calls on my phone. As previously mentioned, I wouldn’t have been able to go down and collect it anyway. The person who called me at 6.15am was quite rude. The online gift service has some really cool stuff but I won’t be using them again because of this courier service.
