Terrible Service - No Urgency to Resolve Complaints

<p>I have had to reschedule a delivery of a small parcel 3 times now because the couriers dont keep to their promised delivery times. </p> <p>There is also no urgency from the Pretoria branch to attend to customer complains. </p> <p>I would never use these guys...EVER!!!</p> <p> </p>
