Terrible service Nelspruit branch

I have been trying to get in contact with this company for 2 weeks and when they finaly answered they gave me a date on when my parcel will be delivered and for a week now its been moved to tomorrow and when no delivery i call again and the same answer tomorrow. NELSPRUIT BRANCH EMPLOYEES ARE THE MOST *********** PEOPLE I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS THE LADY DROP MY CALL WHILE I WAS SPEAKING TO HER im highly disappointed i will never use this company again... MY PARCEL IS LYING THERE SINCE 20/12/2019 NOTE ITS THE 03/01/2020
