Terrible service from Fastway couriers!! Would not recommend!!

My shipment with Fastway Couriers went missing and the service around it was absolutely terrible. There were no proper updates, no clear communication, and I was left chasing answers the entire time. Customer support was unhelpful and couldn’t tell me where my parcel was or what was being done about it. A courier company’s basic responsibility is to deliver parcels and keep customers informed — Fastway failed on both. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend using them.
