Terrible service from Fastway couriers

I am beyond frustrated with the pathetic service from Fastway Couriers. If i could rate Fastway a 0 i would. My Shein package LL*** was supposed to be delivered over a week ago. Instead, it has been sitting in their warehouse with the daily status "we have encountered a problem with your parcel which is currently under query." When I finally got through to customer care, I was told the driver tried to call me on the 5th but it went to voicemail, which is an absolute lie. My phone was on, fully functional, and receiving calls from other people all day because I was actively waiting for this delivery. Blaming the customer for a failed delivery just because the driver didn’t want to do their job is a massive red flag and completely unacceptable. The customer service agents keep giving me a run around telling me they will fix it and it's been a whole week now.
