Terrible Service from FASTWAY COURIERS.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Fastway Couriers. I scheduled a pickup several days ago, precisely on 22 May 2025, when I tried to reach their customer service, it was a nightmare. The wait time was excessive, and when I finally got through, the representative was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving the issue. His name was Tyreese.

He asked me to contact the owner in charge of the Umhlanga area. I did call the number, and the number went to voicemail. Unfortunately, there was no one able to assist me in the office, and I was asked to keep trying the Franchisee Area Owner. When I did get in touch with the area franchisee, he mentioned that I should inform the driver as well as he would. I did call the Driver to inform him of my collection, and he was supposed to collect that morning. It’s now the 26 May 2025. Despite my trying to get a hold of the area franchisee the next day again, because the parcel hadn’t been collected, I had my calls were cut and never returned to me. As for the driver for the area, His phone was off, and they never showed up. There was no communication whatsoever about the missed pickup. No phone call, no email, nothing.

I waited around all day, rearranging my schedule to accommodate them, only to be left hanging. This lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. I rely on courier services for my business, and this kind of failure can have serious consequences for my reputation. I will be using Fastway Courier again, and I hope they refund me for all my labels and satchels that have been purchased. I am honestly not happy dealing with unprofessional Services, and I will be advising others to avoid them as well. Save yourself the hassle and go with a more reliable courier.
