Terrible service from Fastway couriers

I've bought a lot of items from Temu. Fastway was the preffered courier on many of the orders. A received notification that my parcel is on the courier and will be delivered today. For the second time now my parcel was returned to the depot with no notification. I complained about parcel delivery earlier in the month and it was said the address was not found, yet other deliveries was delivered without any problems. Twice now a parcel was undelivered. Twice now there is no notification. I have no other choice but to report this courier comoany as unreliable. I will also report the courier company to Temu and request urgent action be taken against the courier company. I will have to share my experience with this courier company with friends and family as well as social network groups.
