Terrible service from fastway couriers

Terrible service, the first time they said the courier tried to deliver the package. When I said the courier never even phoned me to find out where I stay if he was lost they phoned me back to say that the courier never came to deliver the package and would send it out the following day. I keep on phoning and messaging them with no reply from their side and have still not received my package from them.
