Terrible service from Fastway couriers

Terrible service.. I Canceled my collection cause they are more expensive than a competitor courier service. Then they went and picked up the parcel in any case. Now they expect me to pay their fee before I can get my parcel, otherwise they send it back... Then I have to wait for it to go back before I can arrange a more affordable courier company.. So much of my time wasted waiting for my parcel after a mistake they made. Unacceptable
