Terrible service from Fastway and had to collect my parcels from the driver

Fastway couriers is the worst...I had to collect my own parcels from the driver because he was “too busy” to deliver to me 2 days after the parcels were on board. I will never ever ever use Fastway again...your competition is getting better and you are just getting worse.
