Terrible service from Fastway

Fastway managed to make me find a fast way to get so frustrated. They sent an email on Wednesday, 28 of January at 08:02 saying the parcel will be delivered on the same day. I left work at 10:00 to be at home so I can wait. They sent another update confirming that it will be delivered the same day. It has been over nine hours of waiting until the night, and no parcel has been delivered. No calls or any update.

Their WhatsApp line does not help with any good feedback because all is automated responses. Fastway is not for me and if any of the suppliers want to send things to me with Fastway, I would rather walk to go collect it myself.

Fastway, you are terrible and in my world, you would not exit.
