Terrible service from Fastway.

Fastway is by far inferior to other courier companies. They must be Slowway. They do not send notifications nor do they update their tracking system. If ypu enquire to them they simply do not assist you at all. They delivered my package quickly to Port Elizabeth but to get it at my house in Port Alfred, less than 2 hours away is not happening. Service or client care does not exist in the Fastway company. Not even an online enquiry to their main office helps.
