Terrible service fastway

My parcel picked up in Durban arrived in Cape Town 2 days ago and has been on the truck for 2 days. Cannot track further and 40 minutes on phone waiting for a representative been caller number 4 wIting for 30 minutes at my expense. On line query does not submit. I don't expect a response. Rather use the Courier Guy. They are amazing
