Terrible Service

Ordered critical parts from a company 150km from JHB, they used Fastway Couriers to ship the items, after 4 days I called the couriers couldn't get through to the local deliverer (Hannelie), Called the shipping company who followed up and said the parcel would be here the following day. When I checked the tracking again it stated that they attempted a delivery but couldn't find the consignee. I checked the security cameras and no delivery attempt was made. So they lie and their service is terrible. Would not recommend using these guys.
