Terrible Service

They picked my parcel up from the airport on Sunday morning. It is now Friday and I still haven't received it. They are unreachable. Their phone line has a message saying they are unable to answer calls and you must whatsapp. They don't respond to whatsapps. A company with zero customer service and who is unreachable is not a company anybody should use
