Terrible service

Absolutely worse courier service.

I booked an order to get it delivered and it’s 2 days later and no collection has taken place. Spoke to multiple departments and none have assisted me, there is no way to track the status of my order nor a way to communicate.

As a business owner, this is absolutely ridiculous and I plan to close my account because of the lack of knowledge and assistance Fastway has.
