Terrible service

I have an order with them through iGugu optics, I was sent an email telling me that I would get my order same day. The order did not arrive and was told I couldn't be reached because of one number was missing from my contact number. I emailed them only to be given a number for an Area Manager called Mahlatse. Mahlatse was no use to me because he referred me back to customer service, even after i told him that they were not answering the switch board. All he was concerned about was my tone and refused to assist me, as an Area manager, by updating my contact number. Eventually I got hold of customer services, n apparently they updated the number. The following morning I go to the tracking system only to find that now my order is under query. I don't understand why my order has to queried yet again even after I updated my number as requested.
