Terrible service dont use them

I am absolutely disgusted with the terrible service from fastway. I have requested avon to not use them when posting orders to me for future. I am awaiting a parcel since Friday!! I have been calling daily and no body answers the phone at the pietermaritzburg branch nor responds to emails.... Finally when you get through a rude woman answers and says it will be delivered today, 3 days have passed ans i am highly frustrated and waiting
