TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

So i ordered a parcel from Durban for my daughters 12th birthday. The driver from Fastway came to my house, i had a casual guy working in my garden, gave my parcel to a complete stranger. Then the guy stole my parcel. So now i was minus a gift for my daughter and minus money to buy a new gift. I also work for a courier company and for the life of me i cant understand why they gave it to a random guy working n the garden instead of phoning me to come out. Then when i queried this with them i was told they delivered it to the correct address and further its not their problem. They ruined my daughters birthday. TERRIBLE SERVICE
