Terrible service by Fastway Couriers

I purchased a parcel from Temu worth over R2000 which included birthday items for my mums 70th birthday, there was a camera, crown, birthday candles and some other items.

I waited for almost a month, it was so difficult to get in contact with CN Express and Fastways.

Eventually I emailed their info email address. A guy by the name of Tears Mokoena assisted me. I kept emailing him he handled the matter very unprofessional he doesn't even know how to address a customer on email. You need to constantly follow up and copy other team members. Eventually he asked for my ID copy which I emailed to him.

He still didn't get back to me,until I emailed him to follow up. He didn't try much to assist ,he advised me that my parcel was sent back because it was kept for too long which is lies , Fastways has a reputation for delivery empty boxes or not delivery items at all which means they are *****ulent either open up packages and removing items or there is theft amongst their employees.

This company is so unprofessional to deal with, they do not contact the customer. You have to constantly follow up only to find out that they are sending back the item which is definitely a lie.

Kindly note that this guy is a csd team leader when he can't even assist a client himself.

Please do not use Fastways they are wrongs and unprofessional and *********.

Management, directors and staff do not even care about the reputation of the company.

This is the guy who supposedly tried to assist with no help at all. ***
