Terrible service and even worse customer care.

If I could give them half a star I certainly would. Fast way driver canceled my order without contacting me and it seems many customers that order through temu are going through the same issues. They dont care to call you when they have arrived and theres no way to find out how far they are, on top of that, the driver does not contact the office before canceling, they leave the area immediately after you receive the email. You literally have to call and beg receptionist for allocated driver number. Lebogang answered my call, seemed very impatient, spoke with an attitude,and made me hold until I had exhausted R40 airtime to resolve the issue. This company truly has no care. I wish Temu would use a more reputable courier because FASTWAY is the slowest most painful way. I regret ordering on Temu at all because of FASTWAY ***
