TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES!!

My parcel has been at the Pretoria depot since the 5th of June (7 days now!) Every day my tracking number says my parcel is on board a courier vehicle, but my parcel never gets delivered! I submitted an online enquiry at the beginning of the week, as per their website, but no one ever bothered to get back to me. Yesterday I phoned them and was assured my parcel would be delivered at 17:30 yesterday, which turned out to be empty promises as 17:30 came and went, and I still do not have my parcel! Frustrated and upset!
