Terrible service and accountability!

In November last year I shipped goods to Cape Town for repair. Their truck was involved in an accident and my goods were destroyed in the resultant fire. On the 12th December I submitted a claim for the destroyed goods, as I had had to buy replacement parts for my customers. I have dealt with everyone from the tea boy up to the customer manager, all with little or no success! Now today I get an email from them saying, so sorry but as per our insurers schedule, car parts of any description are not covered??? Say what? Just what did they think they were collecting and delivering to a brake shop? ******s or lingerie? ****** *******! And I’ve been using them for ten years! Time to shop with my feet and use a decent and honest courier!
