Terrible service

I'm really disappointed in Fastway Couriers. They've delivered twice already to my house and now this time they took their own time with my delivery Since Monday..i ordered from Mrprice last week Thursday and still have not received my packaged from Fastway...They gave a drive my package that does not this area I stay in....their service is becoming pathetic....I've been calling since Monday this is ridiculous honestly
