Terrible service! 🤬

What terrible service! My parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday but the only response I got was “we were unable to deliver your parcel”. No reason , no other communication. I’ve been trying to get hold of them via call , their website chat and WhatsApp- no response! The only message I got back from WhatsApp was long after 5pm saying they’ve closed at 5, even though I messaged long before then ! I hope I never have to use this courier again !
