TERRIBLE SERVICE

Terrible service. Parcel was pit for delivery on the 24th. I send a message that no one will be home. No response. This morning out foe delivery again. Waited at home the whole day only to check after 4 and now suddenly the address was unclear. Come on. Try and call them is a waste of airtime. No answer and after holding on for 20.minutes a message oh we experiencing technical issues. On line chat is only IA so also not help. Why Temu even use Fastrack only they will know as it's not the first time I have had issues. Terrible service CR***
