TERRIBLE SERVICE

after calling the courier he told me they are not working today (16/12/15) -- this was a public holiday and completely understandable.he asked me to resend a message the next day(today) by 9am to arrange a pick up for 17/12/15<br> <br> This i did. <br> <br> at 10:40am i called the driverto ask him approximately what time he would collect the parcel --no time could be given , i asked for an estimated time -- he said he was not sure what time he would come..<br> <br> i then told the driver thats fine this is an important parcel to send so i will take off the day of work and just wait!<br> <br> i waited till 14:30pm -- which i was fine doing! .<br> <br> the driver arrived and then told me that i need a bag for my parcel!<br> <br> THIS IS RIDICULOUS. i took off a day of work and followed the exact instructions on the website. no where did it say i need to purchase a bag from parow, nor did the driver or courier in charge tell me that i need to buy a bag before hand.<br> <br> i was told is that NOW after waiting an entire day for someone to pick up my parcel<br> <br> was it was just assumed that i knew all this information? how could i possibly know this if the website CLEARLY SAYS ---- contact your courier to arrange a pick up. <br>
