Terrible service

I called to find out when my parcel will be delivered and the first gentleman I spoke to told me that any person with a bakkie qualifies to deliver and couldn't tell me when my parcel would be delivered, the second time I called I spoke to a woman and she told me Thursday or Friday, today is Friday I called at 15:35 finally got through just after 16:00 spoke to a gentleman who transferred me to the Durban branch where I spoke to a woman who said the driver had my parcel and would be here to deliver it at 17:15. I finish work at 16:30 so I waited and waited and waited. I waited until 18:00 outside my office for a package that never came. Tried to call and find out what was going home but conveniently they close at 17:00. Instead of telling me there was a problem they left me waiting and waiting.
