Terrible service

Wish I didn’t even have to give you guys a star, I don’t even know why businesses use a courier company like, my parcel has been out for delivery from the beginning of this week and to this day I have not received any communication. What is the issue? Can we then rather collect our parcels at the depot because we need it urgently, we don’t have time to wait for you. UAFD83KZ
