Terrible service

I ordered products online from Mr Price. At 8:00 in the morning I got an sms from the courier that they will deliver today the 2nd of June 2022. Tracking no: OF*******, By 16:30 my order had not arrived. I called the courier company and tracked it online and the driver said he could not find me. I call the driver to ask if he did he call the number supp**** on the order form as I was at home the whole day and I received no missed calls. He dropped the phone on me. I always order online all the courier companies used by the retailers have always given me good service. The service I have received by this company is terrible.
