Terrible service

Im so angry with the service Im getting from Fastway bloemfontein ,my parcel is with them for the second week,they change their stories whenever you enquire ,today is tommorrow,they make online purchase experience terrible,they are not international for us to struggle like this...As much as they are running business ,we also running business and they are costing us,they must stop doing that.
