Terrible Service

This is the worst company I have ever had the disadvantage of trusting with my parcel. Needless to say I would never use them in my personal capacity ever again. The help-desk agents have no sense of client service what so ever. They have a website for tracking , however it is useless again because client query feedback is something which they do not prioritize at all. Honestly terrible service. I am disappointed why MattArend decided to partner with you at all.
