Terrible service

Terrible service.

Package has been travelling to Johannesburg back and forth when their distribution center is not even 5 minutes away from my home in Parow. Been 5 days waiting now and once I phoned into Customer Services they couldn't locate my package and told me to contact the driver Lee, where he was extremely rude.

I still haven't received my package and don't recommend any company to use this courier service.
