Terrible Service

Awful Service. Fastway LOST 3 of my parcels and refunding me will apparently take 2 months or more (and they are not refunding me to the value of my parcel). We asked them to return 2 parcels to the sender, which they agreed to, and then delivered anyway! They dropped a parcel off at a GARAGE opposite the location they were SUPPOSED to deliver to - still no idea where the parcel is now. Terrible service - they promise to call back and never do. One person will tell you one thing and then another something else - no one seems to know whats going on.
