Terrible Service

<p>My parcel was handed to them around the 10th of November for delivery, I'm still waiting for it and the drivers are messing it up every time. Their excuse is that they can't find our complex yet it is situated on a busy road opposite a mall. The complex name is written with big letters on the wall, very visible for everyone to see it. We are situated next to Savanna Hills, opposite Blue Hills Shopping Centre on Summit Road (Olifantsfontein Road towards the R55).</p>
